We are looking for a Senior Associate to support Transaction Advisory Services. As a Senior Associate, you will work on diverse industry sectors, build and review financial models, work on information memorandums, business valuation engagements, due diligence and deal syndication.<\/p>\n
Good knowledge of financial statement analysis & business concepts
\nKnowledge of project reports or financial modeling is desired, but not mandatory.
\nStrong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills
\nExcellent working knowledge of MS Excel<\/p>\n
Post Graduate in Commerce \/ completed CA Articleship\/ MBA (finance)<\/p>\n
Ability to learn quickly and a strong team player
\nDemonstrates excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills. Must have the ability to multi-task.
