Executive"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>General Purpose of Job:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure timely upload of bank Statements in SAP<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the respective department (Internal Team) to clear the open items and also coordination with the bank to get collection details wherever are missing to avoid any open items.<\/li>\n<li>Perform clearing of bank general ledgers in SAP transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit of Bank Reconciliation statements as per deadline with justification of open items, if any.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely payment of Customs Duty and Statutory Payments like TDS, GST and other Government. related Payments.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate with supply chain team and bank to ensure timely processing of foreign payments.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively resolve the issue arising due to discrepancy of information, non-submission of documents etc, impacting foreign payments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely submission of letter credit through coordination with bank and purchasing team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper communication with the corporate treasury team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Treasury procedures and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Export documentation and knowledge of start to end process.<\/li>\n<li>Attend audit queries and requirements of internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<li>Provide all the sampling documents required by both external and internal auditors within the due date.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare various schedules for statutory audits (Receivable Aging, Payable aging, Related party transactions, payroll accrual movements, legal and professional fees etc)<\/li>\n<li>Participate in month-end closing activities and complete all related tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure revaluation of bank balances in EEFC account.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper accounting of export incentives through coordination with the Supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the posting of all the accruals provided by various functions and divisions.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to month-end timetable and key deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with various functions to streamline and manage processes.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend improvements and implementation to develop and improve internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure SOX compliances are adhered to<\/li>\n<li>Participate in ad hoc projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Prioritized Essential Functions And Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety: Ensure own safety and that of team-mates through active involvement in safety programs.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Data Integrity: Ensure appropriate processes are in place to underpin the financial integrity of the Huntsman business including:<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with local laws, Sarbanes Oxley, and applicable local, international & US Accounting Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Completeness, accuracy and timeliness of local GAAP and USGAAP reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Management: Ensure Huntsman business reporting requirements for assigned entities are met, including:<\/li>\n<li>Management reporting (USA and local \u2013 including PAW \/ TM1 actual & forecasts).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in satisfactory completion and timely lodgement of statutory accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the management of all audit processes \u2013 internal and external.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in providing financial information to various stakeholders as required.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of services consistent with the business services strategy including service level.<\/li>\n<li>Agreements and key performance indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholders Management: Liaison with business management teams (including progress reporting & Business Services representative).<\/li>\n<li>Business Advisory: Add value by providing professional service resources to support Huntsman Global Business goals including, S&OP, general accounting support, payroll, and capital expenditure review\/authorisation.<\/li>\n<li>Project Management: Provide project management for key projects within ASSC or in support of key business
