Preparing invoices and sending them to customers on a timely basis<br \/>\n2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions<br \/>\n3. Following up on past due accounts and working with customers to collect outstanding payments.<br \/>\n4. Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances<br \/>\n5. Review and verify any disparities involving billing issue<br \/>\n6. Make sure AP transactions are getting processed accurately<br \/>\n7. Maintain the AR and AP ledgers; ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted<br \/>\n8.
