1) CA qualification is a requirement
\n2) Prior experience in Retail or Market Place or Financial Retail Services is recommended
\n3) Strong interpersonal skills \u2014 including written and oral communication skills.
\n4) Zeal towards operational excellence\/process improvement & simplifications
\n5) Excellent knowledge of financial controls and procedures
\n6) Advanced level Excel and knowledge of SQL will be preferred
\n7) Experience of Oracle and Blackline Reconciliation tool. Flexible, adaptable, well organized
\n8) Knowledge of Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (Lean, etc.) preferred
