Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to develop headcount budgets and forecasts and monitoring actual results against budget.<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement: Continuously assessing and improving headcount reporting processes and systems and implementing best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Finance Collaboration: Partner with finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR data, including headcount, turnover, compensation, and benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
