Functional Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Planning, Budgeting and Financial Analysis (PBFA):<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Manage planning, forecasting and reporting of financial results and performance of Service Lines\/Service Functions.<\/li>\n
  • Candidates must be leaders with excellent analytical and modeling skills including the ability to develop detailed financial plans and forecasts, analyze complex data and provide analyses of financial performance.<\/li>\n
  • Taking care of monthly, quarterly and annual P&L Budget vs Actual analysis and reporting.<\/li>\n
  • Reviews Balance Sheet Analysis & Reconciliation.<\/li>\n
  • Business wise headcount analysis<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with various Service functions \/ Service lines of the organization to ensure that plan\/forecast is coherent and incorporates the directions and expectations of the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    People Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Build strong internal relationships<\/li>\n
    • Help people to develop through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring all levels of staff<\/li>\n
    • Contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff<\/li>\n
    • Drive people initiatives, including recruiting, retaining and training staff<\/li>\n
    • Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n
    • Understand, follow and communicate workplace policies and procedures to all levels of staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Technical Skills Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • In-depth experience, 7-10+ years in a similar role preferably in the corporate Finance function of Shared Services.<\/li>\n
      • Professional Certifications e.g. CA, CPA, CFA, CMA, Six Sigma.<\/li>\n
      • Working skills and knowledge of financial modules of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle Financials etc.).<\/li>\n
      • MS Office Skills i.e. strong Excel Knowledge.<\/li>\n
      • Highly analytic and keen sense for details and data accuracy.<\/li>\n
      • Knowledgeable in different financial reports like financial statements, general ledger, and financial planning.<\/li>\n
      • Accounting knowledge and analytical skills.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in leading process improvements and automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
