Working with EY-Parthenon\u2019s proprietary frameworks, you will help clients determine the best way to raise, invest, optimize and preserve their capital. This includes developing growth and market entry strategies, conducting strategic portfolio reviews and undertaking commercial due diligence studies. The client base spans across industries and includes blue chip corporates, multinational investors and Private Equity firms.<\/p>\n<p>GDS is EY\u2019s global client service delivery vehicle and is founded on an extended teaming model. class=\"EYDocumenttitle\"><b>Your key responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep dive study of financial statements and related schedules<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of financial statements based on information provided<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of summary of findings of the aforementioned study<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of potential opportunity dockets \u2013 short and descriptive to aid proactive business development<\/li>\n<li>Detailed sector reports<\/li>\n<li>Adhoc research with respect to M&A transactions of the sector and for the opportunity<\/li>\n<li>Industry benchmarking \u2013 peer analysis with respect to the company under scrutiny<\/li>\n<li>Market sizing of sectors \u2013 niche and diverse<\/li>\n<li>Working as a part of the team to ensure that the project component is delivered keeping in mind, quality and timeliness<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of basic valuation techniques and related investigations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EYDocumenttitle\"><b>Skills and attributes for success<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have working knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.<\/li>\n<li>Should have understanding on preparation of graphs and should be able to contribute in analyzing and presenting information<\/li>\n<li>Have an eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Work within the set timelines and communicate deviations\/updates to Project manager and practice offices<\/li>\n<li>Should possess excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"EYDocumenttitle\"><b>To qualify for the role, you must have<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA\/PG Diploma (Finance)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"EYDocumenttitle\"><b>Ideally, you\u2019ll also have<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of working in professional services
