Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Play a key role in leading small team in assignments including developing project plans, allocating resources, and leading staff members.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Experience of leading \/ handling SOX and Audit engagements
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to craft and assess process and controls and drive improvements
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Experience in service delivery, team handling, work with all levels of staff and supervision of team members
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Good analytical and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Good understanding of technical platforms and risk management practices
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to address queries on SOX and audit issues.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Preferred experience of working in international client facing roles on SOX and Audit engagements.
\nQualifications
\nMinimum qualifications
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Qualified Accountant \/ Auditor with one or more degrees like CA, CPA, CIA, MBA
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Required proven experience in internal and\/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Finance function or risk management function at a Top Corporate.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Experience in SOX projects.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Be able to work, at times, multiple assignments simultaneously.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 Report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem solving abilities.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Be able to react with flexibility and integrity.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0PC skills, including Word, Excel, Visio.
\nPreferred qualifications
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Position requires the ability to work efficient with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discretely and authoritatively.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent communication and teaming skills. For Associate Consultants, reasonable interpersonal skills are a requirement<\/p>\n
