Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Setting up new properties in Yardi, payroll imports, misc. other excel projects.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Processes sales, sublets, and other building transactions
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Supporting billings, tenant inquiries, ledger Adjustments for condo\/coop and rental portfolio.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Making collection calls to the customers, emailing invoices, or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage end to end process of Cash applications.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensuring the DRR (Daily Receipt Reconciliation) is completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Follow up on customer\/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Extracting critical information from Lease Document
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Calculate the rent & other charges as based on the lease document.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Preparing & Maintaining Property\/Tenant related Data in Yardi.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Ensuring accuracy of Documents and discuss changes as required.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Should be able to manage any query or information as requested by the client.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Following up on the outstanding rents.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Generating Rental reports and ensure the Charges is correctly charged.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Calculate the rent & other charges based on the lease document.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mentality is a must.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Develop an environment that cultivates continuous performance improvement.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and call out performance gaps and\/or performance breakthroughs.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0All other duties assigned to maintain Process Health and Hygiene<\/p>\n

\nMinimum Qualifications
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0B.com graduate with relevant experience.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Solid Understanding of finance & accounts
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Equipped with a high degree of integrity and drive.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Ability to deliver as per timelines.<\/p>\n
