{"id":29992,"date":"2023-08-09T10:03:15","date_gmt":"2023-08-09T10:03:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=29992"},"modified":"2023-09-06T12:35:22","modified_gmt":"2023-09-06T12:35:22","slug":"process-associate","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=process-associate","title":{"rendered":"Process Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Process all the incoming invoices related to property in compliance with company policies and to protect Client from fraud and incorrect processing.<br \/>\nInvoice processing and validating the details matches invoice, vendor, GL coding.<br \/>\nProcesses all property mortgage payments.<br \/>\nAnswer Helpdesk queries from vendors and internal partners via phones and emails<br \/>\nCreating new vendors, research outstanding checks.<br \/>\nProcess various invoice types (Fixed Assets, Large Multi-Line invoices, Advertising etc.) and weekly payment journals.<br \/>\nAlso includes processing new development, escrow, utilities, and other vendor types.<br \/>\nExecute Payment run as per the companies\u2019 guidelines, pertaining to insurance, utility, and water &amp; Corp taxes invoices.<br \/>\nWork to resolve discrepancies with clients.<br \/>\nProvide accurate and helpful support with supplier inquiries.<br \/>\nEstablish effective relationships with different partners within and outside the organization through written and verbal communication.<br \/>\nReconcile supplier statements accurately and in a timely manner.<br \/>\nMonitor encouraged refunds from the supplier and allocate them in a timely manner.<br \/>\nEmail response to suppliers on queries related to invoices, statements, payments, Lease maintenance.<br \/>\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mentality is necessary.<br \/>\nDevelop an environment that cultivates continuous performance improvement.<br \/>\nImplement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and call out performance gaps and\/or performance breakthroughs.<br \/>\nAll other duties assigned to maintain Process Health and Hygiene<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical &amp;
