{"id":29457,"date":"2023-07-29T05:29:39","date_gmt":"2023-07-29T05:29:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=29457"},"modified":"2024-02-22T05:32:27","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T05:32:27","slug":"junior-accountant-4","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=junior-accountant-4","title":{"rendered":"Junior Accountant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support the CFO to deliver on time monthly accounting close for revenue and expense, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting and balance sheet integrity.<br \/>\n\u2022 Accurately complete the financial accounting of business divisions and projects in a timely manner, register detailed ledgers, and summarize financial data.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop reports and financial analysis as required for external and internal purposes<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare reports as required in addition to the monthly business reviews.<br \/>\n\u2022 Execution and consolidation of all ledgers and accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in timely and accurate matters.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in preparation and submission of other applicable internal and external reporting.<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with the company departments and prepare\/review the tax calculations and ensure all taxes are included.<br \/>\n\u2022 Review daily expense reimbursements, verification documents, supplier payment notices, and accurately distinguish value-added tax.<br \/>\n\u2022 Be responsible for the collection, sorting and analysis of related financial data such as revenue and cost of divisions and projects.<br \/>\n\u2022 Keeping updated Monthly Cash Flow<br \/>\n\u2022 Be responsible for the sorting, binding, storage and filing of accounting vouchers of divisions and projects.<br \/>\n\u2022 Recording Insurance Policies, Rents, Bank Guarantees for Employees & Projects<br \/>\n\u2022 Follow up the Payments Collection with the Customers.
