We are recruiting for a Sr. Executive with Finance team. Your responsibilities will include:<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \n
  • Preparation of Monthly analysis for salary and related cost for KGS business units and provide variance commentary<\/li>\n
  • Provide support in managing finance process improvement project, updating finance process documents for all finance processes<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of Budget Balance sheet and fund engagement and tracking of budget vs actuals<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of financial budgets for business units, function cost, overheads and shared services, tracking of budget vs actuals and related KPI reporting<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of periodic reports on Taxation & Compliance matters for Leadership<\/li>\n
  • Tracking of Company compliances, Finance SLAs while working with all finance functions<\/li>\n
  • Development of Business Planning & operational models and tools<\/li>\n
  • Tracking of Company compliances, Finance SLAs while working with all finance functions<\/li>\n
  • Provide support in preparation of financial reports for various leadership meetings and tracking on open action items to closure<\/li>\n
  • Perform reviews of existing excel financial models. Create new models and standardized financial reporting templets using excel and Power BI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      QUALIFICATIONS<\/h2>\n

      Education \/ professional qualifications<\/p>\n

      CA (Big-6 Only)<\/p>\n

      Prior Experience: 3-4 years working experience of Business intelligence, Solution designing & implementation and Commercial analytics. Project and Team management exposure<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

        \n
      • Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of working on a Finance process and process improvement projects<\/li>\n
      • Experience in working on unstructured situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Technical skills:<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

          \n
        • Expert Knowledge of Power BI, Visual Basic for application specifically in MS Excel, MS PPT & MS Access.<\/li>\n
