Analyze revenue streams to detect and correct revenue leakage accounting matters, providing accurate and comprehensive documentation of issues identified and resolutions reached. Identify, investigate and resolve unusual, inaccurate and unexpected revenue fluctuations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Month-end:<\/strong>\u00a0Participate in month-end billing and revenue accounting processes, to ensure revenue streams are reconciled<\/li>\n<li><strong>Process Improvement:<\/strong>\u00a0Identify opportunities to improve broad, cross-functional business processes and related systems. Assist implementation efforts as required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Effectively transfers thoughts and expresses ideas using speech, listening skills and writing skills to influence others to gain their support.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adaptability\/Flexibility \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Quickly adjusts to new, different, or changing requirements<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coaching \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Improve skills of self and others by identifying areas of performance strengths and improvements, providing specific feedback through coaching, mentoring and development opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and Access skills required, with interest and aptitude to work with large amounts of data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Well-developed problem-<\/strong>\u00a0solving and analytical skills.
