Providing support for client payroll processing and data reconciliation<\/p>\n
\u2013 Analyzing, researching, validating, and correcting any payroll issues on a weekly basis<\/p>\n
\u2013 Responsibility for correcting and resolving errors to avoid client employees receiving incorrect payments<\/p>\n
\u2013 Monitoring and, where necessary, escalating issues to avert errors<\/p>\n
\u2013 Responding to customer queries regarding payroll and tax matters<\/p>\n
\u2013 Processing checks and post-payroll activities, identifying errors and resolving them<\/p>\n
\u2013 Process payroll output transmissions and off-cycle requests<\/p>\n
\u2013 Assist the finance teams within the client organization by providing information and reconciliation reports<\/p>\n
\u2013 Interact with banks as necessary in relation to ACH files, positive pay, stopping payments and similar.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Identify and resolve General Ledger posting queries<\/p>\n
\u2013 Should have sound SAP knowledge<\/p>\n
