Financial Control"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p>Financial Reporting\/ Controllership Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<ul>\n<li>Perform Month end close accounting &amp; reporting,<\/li>\n<li>Preparing balance sheet recons<\/li>\n<li>Audit &amp; Compliance &#8211; Supporting Entity Audit &#8211; Internal &amp; Statutory audit support and completion<\/li>\n<li>Involvement in Reporting requirements including Variance Reporting,Cash flow analysis, P&amp;L and Balance sheet reviews<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Debtors, creditors and accrued and deferred income<\/li>\n<li>Supporting on-site business teams.<\/li>\n<li>Identification of process improvements to support the management team and improve the delivery of information across the division<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p>Other Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resolving ad-hoc queries from onsite counterparts within and outside the division<\/li>\n<li>Completion of all process related MI\u2019s and governance tools<\/li>\n<li>Support \/ cover for other members of the finance team as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p>Candidate Profile<\/p>\n<p>Essential Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates with ICWA\/CA\/CIMA\/ACCA \/ qualification (Part\/Completed) or MBA\u00a0 or Qualified by experience<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8-10 years of experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work alone and as part of a team, working to tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on multiple assignments<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills to ensure completion of multiple activities within tight reporting deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Excel skills are vital given the nature of the responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong on finance fundamentals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p>Personal Attributes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organized and proactive, tenacious with an enthusiasm to support the business<\/li>\n<li>Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem solving skills, plus excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Eager for additional responsibilities and looking for career progression within the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p>We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education &amp;
