Job Description<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

  • Prior experience in all Accounts Payable functions, including Vendor Maintenance, Invoice Processing, Exception handling, Payments & reporting activities of the Accounts Payable<\/li>\n
  • Manage and \u00a0lead team in the performance of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting processes<\/li>\n
  • Interact with the client both over e-mails and conference calls as necessary<\/li>\n
  • Interact with Vendors \/ Requestors as necessary<\/li>\n
  • To possesses good accounting knowledge and conceptuality strong<\/li>\n
  • Attaining a level of subject matter expertise<\/li>\n
  • To ensure adherence to SLA at all times<\/li>\n
  • Initiate cross training and create adequate back ups<\/li>\n
  • Design and\/or prepare training\/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices, ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies<\/li>\n
  • Analyze and research all discrepancies\/exceptions in the process.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor key performance parameters of the process<\/li>\n
  • To work under minimum supervision and to comply with established procedures or as directed by Manager<\/li>\n
  • To consistently identify and implement new ways to improve the quality of work and improve the means of working on processes.<\/li>\n
  • To possesses good knowledge on Excel, Word, Visio & Power Point Presentation<\/li>\n
  • Actively, offering ideas, insights and recommendations towards process improvements which will enable team to improve its overall efficiency<\/li>\n
  • To undertake such other additional duties as required and leadership qualities<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of the process and systems<\/li>\n
  • High level of computer proficiency and excellent MIS skills<\/li>\n
  • Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis<\/li>\n
  • Self-initiative, drive and zeal for continuous improvement<\/li>\n
  • Clear written and verbal communication<\/li>\n
  • High level of Customer Service and Quality Orientation<\/li>\n
  • Strong Communication and Motivational Skills<\/li>\n
  • Ability to lead in a continually challenging environment\n

    • Effectively plan, prioritize and execute everyday floor operations<\/li>\n

    • Technical Skill Requirements:<\/u><\/strong>\n

      • Good communication skills both written and verbal<\/li>\n
      • Should have 5-7 Years of Experience<\/li>\n
