costs for specified P&amp;L through use of metrics, historical trending reviews, and close working relationships with business partners<\/li>\n<li>Review P&amp;L, understand all activity and provide driver and account based variance analysis<\/li>\n<li>Organize and lead monthly financial reviews with business partners and internal financial leadership<\/li>\n<li>Financial risk &amp; opportunity tracking and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Supervise creation and correct set up of all necessary financial tools and templates<\/li>\n<li>Create and update pricing models as needed<\/li>\n<li>Processing needed journal entries (re-classes &amp; accruals)<\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc financial support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidate Profile<\/p>\n<p>Essential Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills to ensure completion of multiple activities within tight reporting deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Excel skills are vital given the nature of the responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong on finance fundamentals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge and Expertise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Must demonstrate good critical thinking and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Must have a basic understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
