You will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel & Accommodation Arrangement domestic as well as international along with Visa<\/li>\n<li>Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Voice mail and email distribution list<\/li>\n<li>Organize conference calls including proper call-in facilities \/ bridge details<\/li>\n<li>Manage expense claims for Partners as well as other team members and ensure accuracy<\/li>\n<li>and timeliness<\/li>\n<li>Calendar Management<\/li>\n<li>MIS<\/li>\n<li>Follow up to ensure claims are processed and paid in time<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Voice mail and email distribution list<\/li>\n<li>Completion of QRM for each engagement<\/li>\n<li>Completion of weekly time sheet for the Partner and also ensure the group\u2019s timeliness for<\/li>\n<li>the same<\/li>\n<li>Generating WIP reports for each engagement every week<\/li>\n<li>Generating invoices for all on-going engagements<\/li>\n<li>Follow up for payments with clients \/ TDS certificates, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Take care of CPE formalities for the Partner with the Institute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Graduate (B.
