{"id":25990,"date":"2023-05-31T05:12:36","date_gmt":"2023-05-31T05:12:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=25990"},"modified":"2023-06-28T09:19:16","modified_gmt":"2023-06-28T09:19:16","slug":"financial-accountant-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=financial-accountant-2","title":{"rendered":"Financial Accountant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><u>The role:<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an Accountant, you will make sure timely and accurate financial information is provided in order for the company to meet its goals and objectives while ensuring statutory requirements are met.<br \/>\n\u2022 Preparation of monthly financial information for two or more entities including Management Accounts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Handle Trial Balance and maintain Balance Sheet reconciliations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Calculation of Cost-plus revenue.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring that all of your portfolios follows local statutory requirements, i.e. VAT returns, Statutory Financial Documents, CT returns and all other filings are finished and filed in accordance with local legislation &amp; timelines.<br \/>\n\u2022 Partnering and liaising with local financial advisors to ensure efficient information flows to ensure local accounts are accurate.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring all processes are SOX compliant.<br \/>\n\u2022 Weekly cash-flow monitoring and reporting.<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaising with and collaborating with external auditors \u2013 at both group and local levels.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assistance with forecast and budget preparation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assisting and supporting the Finance Manager with various relevant information requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u><span class=\"emphasis-2\">You will need:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Qualified Accountant &#8211; ACA\/CIMA\/ACCA.<br \/>\n\u2022 We are open to receiving CV&#8217;s from both practice and industry-trained accountants.<br \/>\n\u2022 1-2 years PQE with accounts preparation experience.<br \/>\n\u2022 Confident using Excel to an advanced level.<br \/>\n\u2022 Comfortable using systems.
