Candidate Profile:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commerce graduate with minimum 10 years\u2019 experience in R2R (GL\/Treasury\/Intercompany\/Fixed Assets)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in setting up validation check list for all process and ensure to review on a continuous basis for completeness and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Expert in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in SAP<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of GAAP<\/li>\n<li>Strong domain expertise, analytical skill and logical reasoning with good leadership capabilities with the ability to handle pressure in working environment of strict deadline.<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to identify and implement continuous improvement project<\/li>\n<li>Very good Verbal and Written English Skills<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work on different time zones depending on business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Experience in handling a team of 20-25 members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Month close procedures (Amortisation of prepaid expenses, preparation and booking of Journal Vouchers etc)<\/li>\n<li>Intercompany accounting<\/li>\n<li>Depreciation\/ fixed asset activities<\/li>\n<li>Cash flow\/Fund flow\/ forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Bank Reconciliation\/Intercompany reconciliation\/BS reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Experience in identifying and eliminating non value added activities<\/li>\n<li>Develop and modify SOP<\/li>\n<li>Identifying project improvements<\/li>\n<li>Meet SLA\/KPI<\/li>\n<li>Handle a team of 20
