releasing the invoices for Payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails \/ Tickets within the agreed SLA<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Review and validate essentials of valid invoices like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices\/queries are handled based on the exception tracker<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions as and when they occur for knowledge retention<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Follow up with requisitions (via calls\/ mails or tickets) to solve hold invoices as per the AP guideline<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Adhere to the internal compliance policy and guidelines established by the management on their daily operational activities<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Perform daily internal audits to ensure all Invoices\/queries are handled as per the guidelines<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Helpdesk Queries\/ Calls related to AP from both internal\/external customers<\/p>\n<h2>Qualifications we seek in you<\/h2>\n<p>Minimum qualifications<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\n<li>Graduate in Commerce (BCom)<\/li>\n<li>Freshers are eligible<\/li>\n<li>Good English language skills (verbal and written)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\n<li>Relevant Experience of working in Accounts Payable process<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly in all levels within the organization<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in MS Office (especially in Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Preferably knowledgeable in Concur<\/li>\n<li>Keen attention to details skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and to meet targets and deadlines on
