Responsibilities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Working experience on Customer data attributes ensuring data alignment and accuracy within Informatica, SAP (R3 & S4), and Mainframe
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Experience in ERP (SAP \/ S4 HANA) environment will be an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Good knowledge and experience in Customer Hierarchy mapping along with Strategy Master Data Solutions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Initiate the create and update request for customer master data records in the Salesforce UI (CustIM)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Own the accuracy and completion of the customer data attributes from creation to retirement
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Customer Master Data Steward will be the one point of contact for Sales, Finance, Account Receivables, Customer Operations, and other key stakeholders for customer master data attributes
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Should have abilities to perform quality audits on timely basis to validate and ensure the process in executed with error free and high quality data standards
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Initiate and\/or collaborate with master data resources to implement process improvements.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Adhere to internal controls
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Raise request as per requirement (create, update, delete master data)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Determine all tasks to be completed and maintain key report outs to internal as well client-side stake holders
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Conduct process related reviews and approvals
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Attention to details, ability to meet internal deadlines
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to prioritize and schedule \/ allocate workload
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to comply with internal controls and policies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Handle day to day normal communications (over emails) \/ explaining issues over email and during calls
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Serves as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for customer data attributes.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Supports Customer UAT and Regression testing as needed
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Perform Process Controls & documentation, Quality Check. etc.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Understanding of the process and nuances of different entities, understanding of entity specific norms etc.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Establish and facilitate cross-functional Data Governance client vision & expectations

\nMinimum qualifications

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Significant experience for Customer Domain is a MUST
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Convincing and persuading skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Microsoft Excel
\nPreferred qualifications
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Prior experience in Customer Data Management and SAP MM
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Preferred basic SAP (R3 & S4), Salesforce, and Informatica Knowledge
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Business & Functional analysis to quickly comprehend legacy SAP ECC\/Mainframe data elements<\/p>\n
