lead in designing of to-be processes leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies to ensure optimum and consistent performance<\/li>\n<li>Outsourced Accounting Process Management\u00a0\u2013 Manage the SOW with service provider, Monitor and supervise key drivers & SLAs of process, Identify issues, process gaps and drive towards resolution<\/li>\n<li>Oversee Billing cycles and billing methods, pricing\u00a0etc especially in an ITES environment, implement controls as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Handle AR meta-data in an ERP environment, e.g., customer Master data, Revenue centers, Revenue Reporting Segments, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in\u00a0implementing RPA automation\u00a0in any of the accounting processes<\/li>\n<li>Support\u00a0ERP implementation projects<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating \/ interacting with key stakeholders and work as an important point of contact for them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills and attributes for success<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong fundamentals in Finance & Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Accounting ERP & MIS Systems<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and desire to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in driving process improvement with various methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to details and sense of ownership<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude and dependable team player<\/li>\n<li>Strong written, verbal and persuasive skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>To qualify for the role, you must have<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7-10 years\u2019 experience \u2013 Chartered Accountant\/MBA Finance<\/li>\n<li>Strong Knowledge in Accounting, finance, MIS etc.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Ideally, you\u2019ll also have<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>What you can look
