Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Accurate and timely claims and deduction investigation within SLA turnaround time
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Responsible for maintaining overall deductions balance targets as required by the organization
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Reconcile customer statements with open\/paid claims.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensure all rebate invoices are returned with the correct level of authorization and are paid against the correct rebate, with the appropriate supporting documentation.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Assist automated claim registration and validation; manually process claims (including collating back-up documentation) in case of tool absence or failure.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents\/ info for dispute\/deductions resolution
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Escalation (to Collections) of invalid claims, that translate into collectable amounts
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Trigger approval workflows as per claim status and follow-up if necessary
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Trigger resolution workflows to corresponding parties if resolution is not automated
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Send customer resolution communication along with necessary documentation to the Customer Experience team.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Follow defined critical issue matrix and raise alert whenever required
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Complete weekly and monthly processes in line with audit requirements
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Maintain regular connect with Finance and Sales and other internal teams to resolve disputes and recovery of invalid claims. Challenge any potential discrepancies in the information provided.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Support initiatives related to process and technology to drive best in class
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensure compliance to all financial controls, completing periodic audits and providing information as required to client and external auditors

\nMinimum Qualifications
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Graduate, preferably BCom
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Flexibility to work on any shift
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Fluent in English. Proficient oral and written communication skills.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Should come with experience in Disputes Management and must have overall OTC knowledge and understanding
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to identify issues proactively and troubleshoot in a timely manner.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Experience in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Power Point and MS Teams; advanced Excel skills
