{"id":22898,"date":"2023-03-08T12:07:38","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T12:07:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=22898"},"modified":"2024-01-18T10:53:37","modified_gmt":"2024-01-18T10:53:37","slug":"finance-intern-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/job\/finance-intern-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Finance Intern"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Your key responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part of a team of professionals undertaking Business Transformation, customer, strategy related projects and find solution to create unique and authentic customer experiences<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in the capacity of consultant in transformation and optimization assignments in specific or multiple sectors as per the project requirement<\/li>\n<li>Participate in projects involving current and future state assessment, gap analysis, road map, market analysis, benchmarking analysis, recommendations for transformation from \u2018As-Is\u2019 state to \u2018to-be state, design Target operating model design, business process reengineering, customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Good Research skills, report writing skills and exposure to analytics and various research tools will be a necessary expectation of this role.<\/li>\n<li>Clarify request objectives with internal stakeholders to ensure correct understanding of the brief for a high-quality output.<\/li>\n<li>Participate to create intelligent and informative written and visual reports or dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and reactive analysis and interpretation from reporting to support business strategy and planning<\/li>\n<li>Support business development activities through participating in pursuits and help prepare other deliverables (e.g., Client Pitch decks, Industry primers, POVs etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments<\/li>\n<li>Domain knowledge of \u00a0at least one of the sectors with proven research skill \u2013 GPS, RHC, Sports and Media, Energy, Oil & Gas, Telecom, Telecommunications and Media will be valuable for the role.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Management in delivering exceptional client service and helping in ensuring stakeholder and client management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills and attributes for success<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure or experience in Digital solutions in Customer\/User centric programs\/ functions will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Process compliance\/timely reporting of facts & figures.<\/li>\n<li>Participate actively in supporting the Senior Manager in building an industry focused practice;
