Your Role:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Generate and publish daily, monthly business and management reports in an accurate and timely manner<\/li>\n
  2. Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure report\/data is accurate and there is no discrepancy<\/li>\n
  3. Continuously monitor financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyze causes of variance<\/li>\n
  4. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements<\/li>\n
  5. Keenly follow the competitive landscape and feed management with relevant intelligence<\/li>\n
  6. Monitor competitor activity and strategies to benchmark performance and identifying improvement areas<\/li>\n
  7. Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making<\/li>\n
  8. Build and manage financial models for forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving<\/li>\n
  9. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting\/BI tools<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Must Have Skills:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Finance Professional with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the Travel or Consumer Internet Business. Technical background with knowledge of SQL, etc. a plus<\/li>\n
    2. Experience in financial analysis, working with large amounts of data and an ability to drive actionable insights out of data<\/li>\n
    3. Experience in Daily, Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting process<\/li>\n
    4. Prior experience in designing MIS to facilitate business performance reviewing<\/li>\n
    5.
