{"id":11694,"date":"2022-05-04T07:04:14","date_gmt":"2022-05-04T07:04:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=11694"},"modified":"2023-12-19T11:19:34","modified_gmt":"2023-12-19T11:19:34","slug":"assistant-manager-4","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=assistant-manager-4","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Monitor A\/R aging and customer accounts to minimize past due accounts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform Customer credit analysis as needed.<br \/>\n\u2022 Initiate collection calls, emails, faxes and letters.<br \/>\n\u2022 Work with Circulation and Advertising Managers on escalating collection actions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Distribute A\/R aging reports and discuss issues with Circulation and Advertising Managers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Use and maintain A\/R collections module in Circulation and Advertising System(s).<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform Customer revenue and A\/R trend analysis.<br \/>\n\u2022 Other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Qualified accountant \/ Graduate in F&A<br \/>\n\u2022 Graduate in Finance & Accounts, Preferable SAP &\/ Or Oracle knowledge.
