{"id":11685,"date":"2022-05-04T06:29:59","date_gmt":"2022-05-04T06:29:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=11685"},"modified":"2022-05-04T06:32:09","modified_gmt":"2022-05-04T06:32:09","slug":"management-trainee","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=management-trainee","title":{"rendered":"Management Trainee, Office Leasing Advisory"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>\n<p><b>What this job involves:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively engage in business development activities for the vertical selected for<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>These activities need to be undertaken through research, intel, networking, newspaper, internet, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive intra city travel to understand market, local geography, potential\/existing client sites, including required travel to outside city areas as required.<\/li>\n<li>Setting up meetings with key decision makers to introduce JLL and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements<\/li>\n<li>Building and maintaining excellent client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, support in preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, pitch books & presentations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the transaction advisory team to effectively execute & conclude transactions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables, client service delivery and engagement \u2013 calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.<\/li>\n<li>Develop business models and projections on the basis of understanding of the market dynamics and clients\u2019 business<\/li>\n<li>Articulate and present reports\/ deliverables in required detail to clients<\/li>\n<li>Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry (both investment and development side of real estate)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Key skills:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-starter & team player<\/li>\n<li>Passion for Real Estate<\/li>\n<li>Open to travel<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Sound like you?
