identify areas of risk, and develop appropriate audit strategies to mitigate potential issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and internal policies throughout the audit process.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and delivering audit findings with clarity and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Review audit documentation and work papers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards.<\/li>\n<li>Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge base.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support organizational goals and initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5\u00a0 of experience in auditing, with proven leadership capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, GST, Income Tax, and accounting principles.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under
