Position: Accounts Assistant

Location: Kochi
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply)
Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities

Prepare and process cheques, RTGS, NEFT, and other bank transactions

Maintain accurate records of payments, receipts, and vouchers

Perform bank reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies

Support billing and invoice preparation

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Skills & Qualifications
-
B.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
-
Basic understanding of accounting principles
-
Basic computer skills with working knowledge of MS Excel
-
Attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to manage routine accounting tasks efficiently
