Position Overview
We are looking for a Transaction Processing Associate I to join our growing operations team. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates beginning their career in business process or data management roles. The role involves handling document processing, data verification, and transaction support activities in line with established company procedures and client requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and a willingness to learn within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and process documents from both electronic and physical formats for further action.

Sort, classify, and archive documents according to form type and client guidelines.

Accurately capture and verify information in databases based on client requirements.

Utilize automated data extraction tools to review and validate extracted data.

Ensure timely and accurate transmission of processed data to the appropriate next stage.

Handle outbound correspondence and communication tasks as required.

Maintain document records, imaging, and filing in compliance with data management standards.

Adhere to company policies, service standards, and security protocols at all times.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the team lead or supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in transaction processing, data entry, or back-office operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with document processing or data management systems (preferred).
