Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with solutioning and advisory teams to identify, design, and deliver finance transformation opportunities.

• Partner with CFO and FP&A teams to understand financial management challenges and strategic goals.

• Define target operating models, optimal finance processes, and key internal controls for clients.

• Design and implement planning, budgeting, and forecasting frameworks that enhance visibility and decision-making.

• Lead finance transformation programs, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success.

• Translate business requirements into effective data analytics, planning, and reporting solutions.

• Engage with client stakeholders to gather insights, assess processes, and recommend strategic improvements.

• Work on finance process redesign, shared services (F&A SSC), and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• 6–10 years of experience in finance transformation, CFO advisory, or consulting.

• Proven experience in planning, analytics, record-to-report (R2R), order-to-cash (O2C), and procure-to-pay (P2P) domains.

• Expertise in finance process design, transformation roadmaps, and operating model definition.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience in client-facing roles.

• Hands-on knowledge of SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA, BW) or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance from a premier institution.

• Experience in end-to-end finance transformation and CFO Advisory engagements.

• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools.

• Certifications in Planning and Analytics solutions will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
