Intercompany Analyst

Position Overview

As an Intercompany Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

• Perform daily operational tasks in the P2P and intercompany processes to support seamless financial reporting.

• Prepare and execute financial analysis and reports to support informed decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with internal control standards over financial reporting within accounts payable.

• Participate in internal audits, testing, and documentation of financial control processes.

• Review and validate invoices to ensure compliance with fiscal and internal control requirements.

• Coordinate and organize tasks and projects within the finance process to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder communication for smooth workflow execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com with valid academic documentation.

• Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, or journal entry processing.

• Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with SAP systems.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.
