Position Overview
We are seeking a Pricing & CPQ Senior Analyst with 3.5–5 years of experience in implementing and optimizing Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions for mid-size to enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in PROS CPQ with a strong understanding of pricing strategies, product configuration, discounting rules, and quote-to-cash automation.
This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, Product, and IT teams to design scalable solutions and improve pricing accuracy, quoting efficiency, and overall revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and implementation support for pricing and CPQ tools such as PROS, PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, and Callidus.

Develop advanced pricing models using analytics and AI to monitor pricing KPIs and build leadership dashboards with visualization tools.

Conduct pricing process assessments aligned with business imperatives through diagnostics, gap analysis, and vendor selection (PROS).

Design and implement pricing strategies—including pricing waterfall, competitive pricing, elasticity analysis, margin analysis, and contract pricing—to enhance profitability.

Work on Classic CPQ modules such as Product Catalog, Business Properties, Guided Selling, and Configuration Process.

Perform B2B Pricing Analytics involving exploratory analysis, reporting, and target-state recommendations.

Drive process improvements and enablers based on best-in-class pricing KPIs.

Collaborate with client sales teams to structure efficient and effective pricing and discounting frameworks.

Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients on digital transformation and best practices in Pricing and CPQ.
Skills & Qualifications

3.5–5 years of relevant experience in Pricing, CPQ Implementation, or Consulting within Products, Communications & High Tech, Financial Services, or Resources sectors.

Hands-on experience with PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management (POM) and Smart Configure Price Quote (CPQ).

Certification in PROS or other CPQ tools preferred.

Functional knowledge of pricing for services, products, parts, and post-sales services.

Proficiency in MS Excel (including Macros) and PowerPoint, with exposure to Power BI or Tableau.

Familiarity with other Pricing & CPQ tools such as PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, or Callidus is an added advantage.
