Procure to Pay Operations New Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a Procure to Pay Operations New Associate to join our Finance Operations team at Accenture. The ideal candidate will assist in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data, reconciling transactions, and supporting the end-to-end procure-to-pay process. This role focuses on accounts payable activities, invoice processing, vendor compliance, and procurement management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely approvals.

• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.

• Support accounts payable operations, including non-purchase orders and purchase order management.

• Ensure vendor compliance and verify pricing, terms, and discounts prior to payment.

• Collect and analyze operational data and reports to support financial outcomes.

• Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines, seeking guidance from supervisors when required.

• Contribute as an individual contributor within a team while following detailed instructions.

• Participate in rotational shifts, as required.

• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Skills & Qualifications

• BCom or equivalent degree.

• 0–1 year of experience in accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or finance operations.

• Basic understanding of financial transactions, invoice processing, and procurement processes.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills for teamwork and coordination.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with accounts payable systems and ERP software preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reporting).

• Ability to learn and navigate financial systems efficiently.
