Finance Analyst

Position Overview

Conduent is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst – Intercompany & Reporting to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing intercompany reconciliations, preparing financial reports and dashboards, and supporting key accounting processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across financial operations while collaborating closely with internal teams such as Accounts Payable and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report business-critical project and people metrics for client operations.

• Perform and finalize the intercompany reconciliation process and resolve discrepancies.

• Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) teams and business stakeholders to ensure accurate postings and reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly balance justifications and maintain supporting documentation.

• Develop and maintain customized financial reports and dashboards for management review.

• Keep updated data readily available for presentations and business reporting.

• Follow standardized procedures to meet objectives and reporting deadlines.

• Comply with all Conduent policies, accounting standards, and process guidelines.

• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, or Reporting roles.

• Experience in intercompany accounting or reconciliation preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, ERP tools, and reporting applications.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and generate accurate financial insights.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on process compliance and accuracy.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
