Application Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead specializing in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting to lead the design, build, and configuration of enterprise applications. The role serves as the primary point of contact for project execution, team coordination, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting, leadership experience, and the ability to provide strategic solutions within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP FI S/4HANA applications.

• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI CO Finance.

• Manage and guide team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Drive decision-making and problem-solving across multiple teams.

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high-quality standards.

• Oversee communication, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices in application development.

Skills & Qualifications

Must Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance and SAP S/4HANA Accounting.

• Hands-on experience configuring SAP FI CO modules.

• Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.

Good to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Energy Fundamentals and related business processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP FI CO Finance.

• 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred).
