Position Overview

Affle is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Accounting to support its finance operations in Dubai. The role involves handling invoice processing, vendor coordination, reconciliation, and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and company policies. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong accounting background, hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliance, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing:
  Assist in processing invoices with accuracy and completeness; verify pricing, quantities, and payment terms.

• Vendor Relations:
  Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and address payment inquiries promptly.

• Data Entry:
  Enter financial data accurately into the accounting system; maintain and update vendor master data ensuring completeness and accuracy.

• Reconciliation:
  Support in reconciling accounts payable transactions and maintaining precise financial records.

• Documentation:
  Maintain proper documentation for all accounts payable transactions as per standard operating procedures; assist in filing and organizing records.

• Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting regulations; support audit activities and financial reporting requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Commerce.

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Spreadsheets.

• Tax Compliance: Hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance.

• Core Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Good financial acumen with a proactive approach to process improvement.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
