Position Overview

Affle is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting to join its finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing and consolidating financial statements, managing audits, ensuring compliance with IND AS/IFRS standards, and maintaining robust internal controls. This position demands a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong analytical skills, team management experience, and a deep understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IND AS/IFRS and applicable regulatory standards.

  • Audit Management: Oversee and ensure timely completion of internal, statutory, and quarterly audits for group consolidation.

  • Consolidation: Manage the consolidation of financial statements across the company and its subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in accounting and financial regulations, implementing updates in reporting processes as required.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance executive team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

  • Accounting Controls: Oversee accounting entries to ensure precision and completeness of financial records.

  • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal control systems for accurate financial reporting.

  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in financial processes, implementing corrective strategies where necessary.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather financial data, support business initiatives, and align reporting with organizational goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of IND AS/IFRS accounting standards and financial regulations.

  • Proven experience in team management and oversight of accounting operations.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.

  • Proficient in accounting software, Google Spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
