Position Overview

The Senior Executive  will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all contractual activities. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of contract law, procurement concepts, and organizational compliance standards while being capable of independently handling multiple projects within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and compliance.

  • Draft, review, and maintain contract documentation in line with organizational and client requirements.

  • Enter and manage contract data in organizational databases and repositories.

  • Monitor contractual performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and deliverables.

  • Participate in strategy meetings to address client needs and potential risks.

  • Abstract and summarize key contract terms in standardized formats.

  • Develop and maintain contract templates, SOPs, and documentation standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth contract execution.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.

  • Participate in continuous learning and development programs to enhance expertise.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

  • Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in contract management, legal documentation, or procurement operations.

  • Strong understanding of contract management principles and best practices.

  • Experience in drafting, summarizing, proofreading, and reviewing agreements and related documents.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software/tools.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

  • Sound understanding of contract terms and their business/legal implications.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience in creating SOPs/DTPs and ensuring adherence to compliance and audit standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of contract law and legal interpretation.

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and documentation standards.

  • Ability to conduct contract-related research using online tools and databases.
