Position Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Practice Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations – Contract Compliance & Execution. The ideal candidate will manage supply chain operations, guide teams, and ensure compliance with procurement contracts to maximize efficiency and minimize risk. You will collaborate with both offshore and onshore teams to meet defined business targets while ensuring seamless process execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a supply chain team of associates focused on delivery assurance, exception management, and inventory management.

  • Determine required materials and generate purchase orders.

  • Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and products.

  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and order cancellations efficiently.

  • Address risks and queries independently while maintaining client relationships.

  • Generate and present client-required reports as per agreed frequencies.

  • Align business requirements with process solutions to meet supply chain goals.

  • Conduct root cause analysis, what-if analysis, and provide insights on PO placements, on-time delivery, and inventory planning.

  • Evaluate operational performance and develop actionable strategies for improvement.

  • Support business case development and manage change within a supply chain context.

Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA degree.

  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or automotive operations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to simplify complex tasks and drive process efficiencies.

  • Competence in mentoring, motivating, and guiding team members to achieve targets.

  • Strong decision-making capability and accountability for team performance.
