Order to Cash Operations Associate

Position Overview

Accenture is looking for a motivated Order to Cash Operations Associate to join its Finance Operations vertical. This role will focus on Cash Application Processing, ensuring accurate handling of customer payments, reconciliations, and cash flow optimization. The position is designed for graduates starting their career in finance and offers a strong foundation in accounts receivable and order-to-cash operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Finance Operations by collecting and analyzing operational data and reports.

• Handle the end-to-end cash application process, from payment receipt to finalization.

• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts, and process adjustments.

• Receive and deposit customer payments, apply remittances, credits, and adjustments.

• Maintain bad debt reserves and allowances.

• Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) reporting and reconcile AR activity with the general ledger.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow visibility.

• Solve routine queries related to cash application, following set guidelines and precedents.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.

• 0–1 year of relevant experience (freshers may apply).

• Basic understanding of cash application and finance processes.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
