Position Overview

As a member of our Payroll Unit, you will play a key role in processing employee payrolls, managing reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with tax laws. This role also provides exposure to audits, reconciliations, and continuous improvement initiatives, making it an ideal fit for professionals eager to expand their payroll and accounting expertise in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process employee payrolls, including HR and payroll data gathering, processing, and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and support related filings.

  • Assist with accounting, internal reporting, audits, and external wage/tax remittances.

  • Prepare proper documentation in support of internal controls and process guidelines.

  • Analyze, reconcile, and resolve payroll-related issues.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts on complex payroll queries.

  • Provide peer training to newer team members and support leadership during high-volume periods.

  • Actively contribute to process improvements within the payroll function.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and basic payroll tax laws.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 2 years of related payroll or accounting experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
