Order to Cash Operations New Associate

Position Overview

As an Order to Cash Operations New Associate, you will be part of Accenture’s Finance Operations vertical. You will help determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data and reports, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions.

Your role includes:

• Optimizing working capital and providing real-time visibility into revenue and cash flow.

• Streamlining billing processes and supporting end-to-end management from customer inquiry to invoicing.

• Handling cash application processing, resolving queries, coordinating with customers, and processing payments from receipt to finalization.

• Reconciling suspense accounts, applying unapplied cash, and maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable records.

Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) and cash application processing.

• Knowledge of applying unapplied cash, reconciling suspense accounts, and maintaining AR records.

• Ability to establish strong client relationships and work well in a team.

• Adaptable, flexible, and quick learner.

• Experience with deductions management is a plus.

Other Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom).

• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.

• Proficient in English (Domestic).

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
