Key Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, purchases, and expense transactions in accounting software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment-related documents.
• Follow up with customers on pending invoices and collections.
• Coordinate with external accountants or auditors for VAT and financial filings.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Support administrative and accounting tasks as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
