Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate I – Corporate Services to support end-to-end program operations, campaign activities, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about business operations, marketing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Operations Management
  • Manage all operational aspects of programs end-to-end, including workflow planning, timelines, and documentation with minimal supervision.

  • Handle day-to-day tasks independently and maintain accurate records.

  • Ensure smooth execution of compensation plans and employee incentives as per program policies.

Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Develop creative, out-of-the-box ideas to support compelling communication and marketing content.

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Define campaign strategies, messaging, timelines, and KPIs.

  • Leverage AI-driven tools, automation platforms, analytics systems, and CRM solutions to enhance marketing outcomes.

Data, Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, manage, and optimize leads using HubSpot, SharePoint, and CRM tools.

  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance insights.

  • Analyze financial data, including profit & loss information, to support business decision-making.

Stakeholder & Customer Management
  • Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.

  • Demonstrate strong business understanding and strategic thinking.

Skills & Qualifications

Educational Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Master’s degree is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Must-Have Skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Business analytics and strategic thinking

  • MS Excel proficiency

  • Market research & financial analysis capabilities

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, MS Dynamics CRM)

Good to Have
  • Understanding of business strategy

  • Creative thinking and campaign planning expertise

  • Ability to work with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms
