Requirements

  • Implement and evaluate cash policy to ensure adherence and compliance with the Authority Matrix at assigned branches.
  • Handle daily cash collection, updating, and deposition.
  • Prepare and send daily cash collection reports to Head Office (HO).
  • Check and update agency collections.
  • Attend to walk-in customers, resolve issues, and maintain a 100% customer satisfaction level.
  • Coordinate with HO/TCS to address customer queries within turnaround time (TAT).
  • Report location cash and customer service details daily.
  • Cross-sell insurance and other products to walk-in customers.
  • Collect customer feedback regarding services and products.
  • In some locations, manage letter of credit (LC) responsibilities if applicable.
  • Perform branch administrative tasks with the help of the admin manager per company policy and requirements.

Qualifications

  • MBA with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a reputed bank or financial institution, particularly in consumer financing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and collection agencies.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
