Requirements
- Implement and evaluate cash policy to ensure adherence and compliance with the Authority Matrix at assigned branches.
- Handle daily cash collection, updating, and deposition.
- Prepare and send daily cash collection reports to Head Office (HO).
- Check and update agency collections.
- Attend to walk-in customers, resolve issues, and maintain a 100% customer satisfaction level.
- Coordinate with HO/TCS to address customer queries within turnaround time (TAT).
- Report location cash and customer service details daily.
- Cross-sell insurance and other products to walk-in customers.
- Collect customer feedback regarding services and products.
- In some locations, manage letter of credit (LC) responsibilities if applicable.
- Perform branch administrative tasks with the help of the admin manager per company policy and requirements.
Qualifications
- MBA with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a reputed bank or financial institution, particularly in consumer financing.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and collection agencies.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
