Position Overview
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations through invoice processing, account reconciliation, and month-end reporting. Key Responsibilities

Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately and on time.

Reconcile vendor account statements and investigate discrepancies.

Verify prices and quantities on invoices against purchase orders and delivery documents.

Ensure proper approval workflow for Non-PO invoices per company policy.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and provisions.

Prepare and assist with financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal teams for purchase order creation and issue resolution.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Participate in process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.

Accurately code and enter 700–800 invoices monthly.

Perform additional administrative and financial tasks as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance operations.

Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP accounting standards.

Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Ability to work under supervision while handling high-volume transactions efficiently.
