We are a financial services and management firm operating across the Middle East, headquartered in Kacheripady, Kerala. Currently, we seek candidates for our accounts division, with a preference for those experienced in the service sector, especially within financial enterprises.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all financial aspects, including accounts receivable, payable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and assess financial statements such as profit and loss, balance sheets, and provide comprehensive reports to management.
  • Manage cash flow, banking operations, and optimize cash reserves.
  • Conduct daily bank reconciliations and generate client account statements.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and internal protocols.
  • Liaise with internal auditors and address audit findings promptly.
  • Lead and mentor accounting personnel to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with tax consultants for effective tax planning, compliance, and filing.

Experience:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience as an account manager, with at least one year specifically in this role.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with a background in commerce (M.Com, B.Com), MBA, CA, ACCA, or CMA.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel is essential.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books is mandatory.
  • Ability to generate financial reports is a prerequisite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Immediate availability, preferably within 4 to 7 days, is expected.
  • Candidates based in Ernakulam are strongly preferred.
