Position: Accounts Assistant
Company: Haeal Enterprises
Location: Kochi
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities

  • Prepare and process cheques, RTGS, NEFT, and other bank transactions

  • Maintain accurate records of payments, receipts, and vouchers

  • Perform bank reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies

  • Support billing and invoice preparation

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles

  • Basic computer skills with working knowledge of MS Excel

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage routine accounting tasks efficiently
